Villa Yalicapkini is a beautiful, modern villa set in 1000 square meters of land. There is plenty to do for all the family from visiting archaelogical sites, turtle and bird watching, enjoying a mud bath, taking a Turkish bath and much, much more. Villa Yalicapkini is in a quiet area yet only a few minutes walk from Dalyan where you will find lots of bars and restaurants, many of which overlook the famous rock tombs. You will be over whelmed by the friendliness of the local people. The beach is a tranquil boat ride away on the Coop boats through the picturesque reed beds. Alternatively you can take a boat onto the fresh water lake. Villa Yalicapkini caters for a restful, enjoyable holiday. There are books and games in the villa and for the more energetic a pedal bike.

Property Details

The property has a main bedroom which has a super-king sized bed with ensuite. The further two bedrooms have twin beds which may be pushed together in the third bedroom to make a double bed. All bedrooms have custom built bespoke furniture and dressing tables or bedside lockers. There is also a cot for our tiny guests.

There is a family bathroom as well as a downstairs cloakroom.

A special feature of the villa is a very large front terrace which you may like to enjoy in the heat of the day and take meals at the table which seats 8 people. The dining room table also seats 8.

In addition to the large terrace there are two  upstairs balconies on which to sip wine and enjoy the surroundings.

There is air conditioning throughout the villa and winter visitors will find an open log fire, gas heaters and duvets for the beds. Winter is a great time of year to see such sights as Kaya Koy, Ephaseus or to walk on the beaches.

In the garden there is a purpose built stone BBQ and a kirsck for relaxation.  The very large garden means that there is plenty of room for family ball games.

Additional Information

The villa and pool are well maintained. In Summer the pool man tends to the pool daily and the gardener every other day. Maid service is once a week unless guests specify otherwise. There will be an extra charge for this.

Transfers from  nearby Dalaman airport can be arranged at an extra cost. The approximate cost is £50 for a return journey for two people.
