Prices shown are in English pounds and are per week, based on 4 people sharing. Additional people are charged at £25 per person per week. Children under 2 yrs are free of charge and a complimentary cot will be provided. Transfers to and from the airport can be arranged and car hire. Heating of the pool between beginning of May through end of Nov is an additional £75 per week. A security deposit of £200 needs to be paid and will be refunded subject to and after exit inspection.

	Bookings will only be held for 1 week prior to deposit. Deposit of 20% is required with the balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival. Upon receipt of your deposit a confirmation of your booking will be sent by e mail. On arrival a €200 refundable deposit will be paid for any accidental damage , this will be refunded after exit inspection of the property.

The property is all on one level and would be suitable for disabled persons with wheel chair. The beautiful golden sandy beach of Castillo is only a 10 min walk from the villa. There are a variety of water sports available e.g., jet skis, pedalos, kayaks, wind surfing, diving, snorkeling, fishing trips and catamaran rides. 40 mins drive to the famous sand dunes of Corralejo and breathtaking beaches.For our guests we have negotiated a discount with the 5* Sheraton Hotel Located nearby of a 20% discount on all treatments and for entrance to the Thalasso spa with Hydrospa, Roman and steam bath, jacuzzi plus lots more a reduced price of 15€.
