Our villa is made up of a main apartment and a communicating studio apartment that can be rented together or separately.The main apartment consists of a living room, kitchen, two king size bedded bedrooms and a bathroom.The studio apartment consists of a smaller living room, kitchenette, a queen size bedded bedroom, a bathroom and a dressing room. All rooms and common areas feature roof fans, which are enough to keep you cool given the mild temperature and the constant fresh breeze characteristic of the Samana Peninsula.

PRICES:

• For 2 people in the studio at 600 euros per week
• For 4 people at 950 euros per week
• For 6 people at 1350 euros per week
• For christmas/newyear/eastern at 1560 euros per week

Discount for 2 weeks 10% - for 3 weeks 15% - for 4 weeks 20%

Costs for airconditioning need to be paid separate
