A refundable £200 security deposit is also payableupon booking, and is refunded once an inspection of the property has been completed after your stay.
Rental Payment Process
For each booking there will be a £200 GBP fully refundable deposit that will need to be paid. This can be in the form of a post dated cheque which will simply get returned to your after your stay once an inspection of the property is carried out.
