Villabookersonline (Villabookers Ltd.) makes no representation as to the accuracy or currency of the information contained within the Villabookersonline website. The details of properties illustrated on this Site are the sole responsibility of the owner or agent. Villabookersonline does not confirm the currency or accuracy thereof and therefore you are strongly recommended to undertake your own research into the authenticity of any information supplied. Villaboookersonline are in no way liable for any misleading statements or inaccuracies made in the details provided by the owners or agents of properties on the Website. 

2. Use of the site:
A condition of your continued use of this Site is that you agree not to use this Site for any purpose that is prohibited or unlawful by these terms and conditions, or by any other relevant laws and regulations. Your continued use of the Site also signifies that you indemnify Villabookersonline from any loss or damage or costs in connection with any breach of these conditions or any other legal obligation by you and your use of, or conduct on the Site. 

3. Copyright:
The property owner or agent represents and warrants that he/she (a) owns the copyright in the photographic and textual material supplied by him/her to Villabookersonline (the Material) or (b) has been authorised by the owner of the copyright in the Material to grant Villabookersonline permission to use the Material.  Material and software on this Site is copyright protected. You may use it for your own personal use, however, the material may not otherwise be used or copied without the prior written approval of Villabookersonline or the owner or agent who listed the information on the Site. 

4. Changes, Updates and Unavailability of Site:
We may update, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Site at any time, including the availability of any Site features, database, or content, where we have legal, commercial or technical reasons to do so. We may also impose limits on certain features or services or restrict your access to parts or the entire Site for similar reasons.

We only use 'cookies' on this website to store promotional codes. We do not use cookies to store personal information – this technique is not considered best practice for modern websites and by not using 'cookies' for personal information we are complying with best practice and ensuring full functionality of the site for our customers whether or not a PC has 'cookies' enabled. This also means that we do not store any personal information on your PC without your knowledge. Promotional codes stored in cookies are used to track bookings made from specific marketing campaigns.

In order to allow continuous improvement to your website experience, we use log files to record data relating to our visitor traffic. These record data such as IP addresses, pages visited and for how long. This data is confidential for internal statistical use and does not identify individual users.

We will take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information.

6. Removal of Property Descriptions: 

If Villabookersonline receives upheld complaints from site users about specific Property Descriptions which are felt to be misleading or contain unsuitable material, then we reserve the right to remove the Property from the Site with immediate effect.  Villabookersonline reserves the right to block any Property Descriptions from its Site where the content fails to meet our minimum requirements. 

7. Response to Enquiries:
To ensure excellent service levels to potential customers using the Site, we require all owners and agents to respond to booking requests within 48 hours of receipt. 

8. Links to other Sites: 
Villabookersonline reserves the right to remove both email addresses and links to external websites from Property Descriptions.
