Villabookersonline.com is a website for holiday property owners and agents to rent out their villas, condos, apartments, houses or any other type of vacation property or asset.

For property agents there are no up-front fees to pay: it is a results-based system that works on a real-time availability calendar and offers full flexibility to the owner/agent in setting rates, descriptions, availability and features for the properties. Booking applications are approved by the agent via email/sms text before confirmation and deposits.

For agents, multiple properties can be easily managed and a proportion of the booking deposit is available as a commission on every booking for the agent. There is no restriction on the price set by the agent.

For agents there is also a free Travel Club option: this sets up a personalised Travel Agency – and collect a commission on bookings made on holiday insurance, flights, hire cars and much more for bookings relating to any of the properties managed by the agent. Customers can enquire online or by telephone to get quotes and make travel bookings. The only thing you, the agent, has to do is elect to have the optional travel agency – everything else is done for you!

The site is based on the principles of a previously developed and very successful world-wide travel project and Villabookers is partnered with and/or partly owned by top media partners. Coupled with internet marketing expertise, this combination can generate customer traffic many times that of any other holiday bookings website and earn you, the agent, substantial commissions in rentals and add-ons.

What does it cost me?

Nothing at all to add your client’s properties to the site. When a booking is made, a 10% booking deposit is taken from the renter and this is our commission that covers the promotional costs. A 25% share of this commission is payable to signed-up agents in addition to any other agreement between agent and client. The balance of the rental payment is made directly to you/your client as arranged by you.

If you take the free Travel Club option, you can earn additional money if your customer takes out travel insurance, books flights or cars or many other services through your Travel Agency which has a unique phone number and enquiry system. There’s no work for you, it’s all handled by our travel partner.
