What is covered

This is a complement to your own travel policy

Pre-Departure Cancellation
We will pay up to £5,000 (approx €6,000) for each Insured Person for any financial loss You suffer, being non-refundable deposits and amounts You have paid (or have contracted to pay), where You are unable to commence Your Trip because one of the Third Parties connected with the accommodation you have booked directly has become insolvent or is unable to provide the accommodation you have booked due to circumstances which are beyond their control and it is impossible to replace that element of Your Trip.

Insolvency – Replacement Cost(s)
If one of the Third Party Providers of Your Trip in direct relation to providing the accommodation for the trip has become insolvent and it is possible to replace that element of the Trip, we will pay up to £5,000 (or euro equivalent) for each booking for the cost of replacing that element to an equivalent standard to that original booked where available.

  • The policy covers properties anywhere in the world
  • At this time, until further notice, the policy can only apply to residents
    of the European Union, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.
  • There is a £50 excess on all claims
