Bookings are always positively confirmed by the property owners or managers before a 10% booking deposit is deducted from your credit card.

Free supplier failure insurance (relating to Third Party Providers) is provided on all bookings made through the site for trips commencing and ending in Your Home country within the EU (conditions apply – see Policy details). This does not replace travel insurance, which you should also have, but safeguards your property booking.

The property payment terms are shown on the property details and the remaining 90% of the booking amount will be paid directly to the owner or property manager.

Where a property is offered by our partner, Bungalow.net, then their terms and conditions will apply and they take responsibility for the property booking process and support.
